If you are looking for a world-class company to build the cabinets of your dreams, I recommend Zaugg Brothers! We had a beyond-fantastic experience with them. They designed and built for us a beautiful custom wall-to-wall entertainment center with integrated AV cabinet, and it turned out better than our highest hopes.

Zaugg didn’t just build a standard cabinet: rather, they listened carefully to our ideas and wish lists, and came up with genius custom solutions for everything we wanted. Our family room is now the centerpiece of our home and the entire room feels larger and more comfortable than before. Our entertainment center is so smartly designed that it will be able to accommodate both all our needs today, as well as anything we may want to add in the future.

We have a gorgeous and deep mantle that gives my wife all the space she wants to decorate for Christmas, dimmable lights, cleverly concealed electrical outlets on every shelf (effectively invisible until needed), acoustically transparent cabinets for side speakers and the center channel/ soundbar, the best AV rack I’ve ever seen that fully pulls out on rails and rotates all the gear for easy access to all the cables on the rear of our AV gear (and even a hinged cable management arm to keep the many AV cables tidy and prevent them from tangling on the floor behind the AV rack), a rack cooling solution that automatically activates when components in our AV rack get too warm (gaming consoles and AV receivers put out a lot of heat and need proper cooling, and Zaugg knew how to handle this), tons of cable routing to every cabinet box so we can run AV or network cables from anywhere to anywhere, pop out rear panels so we can access the area behind the AV center at any point in the future if needed, and adjustable shelves that look great (they don’t look adjustable but are).

Zaugg brothers has been such a great company to work with! I wanted built-in cabinets/shelfs in our TV room. I let them know what I wanted and they drew it up. They turned out so amazing! We are super happy with them, the quality is awesome, and we felt the price was reasonable! We are working on having them do another room for us!

We are delighted with the work the Zaugg team did in our home in S Ogden. Not only did they come up with a difficult stain color for our 54 cabinets and drawer fronts in the kitchen but they tackled an Atlantic spiral staircase and removed and replaced veneer, restained the staircase to perfection, and painted our outdated brass rails. Their work was meticulous and defines the difference between cabinet companies and Millworkers. We haven’t stopped praising them to all our friends. Thanks to Kevin and the entire team!! Zaugg Brothers were able to design and create bedside tables out of cherry that I love! Matt and Kevin were great to work with! Some of my favorite parts is the maple inlay and the top that slides to hide items from view!

Performed “refresh” of kitchen cabinets while we were on vacation by cleaning and restoring exteriors, replaced base cabinet shelves with pullout shelves, replaced water damaged bottom in sink cabinet and added pull out “drawer” and cookie sheet holder, and added pantry by taking about 16 sq ft of garage space. Additionally, they added a desk and bookshelf in the dining area. Did a great job. The stain on the new desk, bookshelf, and door dividers matches perfectly with the existing cabinets. Wife loves pullout shelving, so much easier to get to items at the back of the cabinets. (I can even locate items I used to have to dig for and remove all items from the shelf to locate the item). She didn’t even notice the new pantry when we returned from the vacation, she was so impressed with the “refreshed” cabinets and the pantry blended in so well with the existing wall and door. Definitely would hire again.

I had a double oven go out over Covid19. When I installed the new one, I had to raise the bottom of the cabinet that was above the oven, as the new one was taller than the old oven. This means that I needed shortened doors. I planned on getting around to it one day, and we had that one open cupboard for two years. We then had a bunch of work done (long story) and wanted to get the doors finished. I know the owner of Zaugg Brothers and asked him to help me out. The pricing was very competitive, and they were able to match the exact style and wood of my existing cabinets. Because I was refinishing other cabinets, I didn’t have them finish the work, but I have seen his work in other homes and it is top-notch. I would highly recommend working with them. They do a great job for a fair price and they are honest. They take the time to explore options that can enhance functionality and aesthetics. And they are nice people on top of it. I can’t ask for more when dealing with contractors.

I had a couple of runners break on the pullout drawers in my kitchen. Zaugg Brothers Millwork and Cabinetry came out and install new ones for me. The work was perfect! My drawers are like new again. I thought the cost was very reasonable and I appreciate the fact that they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs or otherwise. Would give them a 5+ Star rating if i could.
